- Mixing: VM -200shouldbeincorporatedintothemixeitherwiththe initial mix water or after all other ingredients have been added and completely mixed. It is always mix with water, and then added into concrete/mortar mix. Ensure that is not added directly to dry cement.
- Compatibility -200iscompatiblewithalltypesofPortland cement, class C and F fly ash, silica fume, fibers, approved air entraining, water reducing, and super plasticizing admixtures. VM -200can be used in white, colored, and architectural concrete. For best results, each admixture must be added separately into the concrete mix.
- Recommended dosage: 0.1 to 1.5 % by weight of cementitious.
- Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.
- Higher doses may be used if agreed by the client or consultant.
