Mr. Chakraborty joined our company in 2016, prior to joining our company, Mr. Chakraborty worked for leading organizations like Lafarge and Lloyd, where he gained valuable experience managing diverse teams and portfolios.
He has demonstrated the expertise, leadership skills, and commercial acumen required to drive results in complex business environments.
Ms. Fozia Qureshi joined the organization in 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and has over 19 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in enhancing and fortifying IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining our organization, Ms. Qureshi has worked with Eureka Forbes and other reputable organizations. Under Ms. Qureshi’s leadership, we aim to become a more data-driven and technology-enabled organization.
Ajay Jamdhade brings with him more than two decades of experience in manufacturing operations, project planning, and engineering management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Operations from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Jamdhade worked with reputed companies like Thermax, Larsen & Toubro, and Concord Blue Technology.
His wealth of experience and expertise is instrumental in optimizing our operations, improving efficiency, and delivering quality products and services.
Sanjay Pawar has been an invaluable member of our team since joining in 2017. He brings with him over two decades of experience in the field, having started his career in 1994. Mr. Pawar holds a post-graduate degree in Chemistry and has completed an Advanced Quality Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Before joining our company, Mr. Pawar held positions at several esteemed organizations, including National Starch & Chemical (a division of ICI Paints), Saint Gobain, and Geochem. His diverse experience and expertise in R&D, quality management, and manufacturing excellence have been instrumental in driving innovation and improving product quality across our portfolio.
Under Mr. Pawar’s leadership, our R&D team has successfully developed several new products and formulations to meet evolving market needs. He has also implemented robust quality systems and processes.
