Applications
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is dry, clean, stable, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose particles, cracks, or rising damp. Concrete surfaces should be cured for at least 28 days. Remove rust from metal surfaces and use primer on gypsum or anhydrite substrates if required.
2. Mixing
Mix Part A and Part B in the prescribed 92:8 ratio using a low-speed electric stirrer until a smooth, uniform paste is achieved. Prepare only the quantity that can be used within 60 minutes.
3. Adhesive Application
Apply a thin layer of adhesive using the flat side of the trowel, then comb with a suitable notched trowel to create ribs. Ensure 65–70% adhesive coverage on tile backs.
4. Tile Fixing
Place tiles firmly with slight pressure and twisting motion. Use a rubber mallet for proper positioning and adhesion. For large-format tiles or high-traffic areas, use double-spread application by applying adhesive on both the substrate and tile back.
5. Curing & Finishing
Allow 24 hours before light foot traffic and grouting. Full curing is achieved after 7 days. Clean tools immediately with water or alcohol before adhesive hardens.
