Mr. Rastogi is a Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth. Prior to joining the organization, he worked with several well-known companies such as Magicrete Building Solutions, Flint Group, HT Burda Media Ltd. Moser Baer, and Cargill India.

His extensive experience in financial leadership positions and his proven track record of delivering results will help take the organization to the next level of growth and performance. His expertise is invaluable in guiding the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring prudent capital allocation.

Nirav Mehta

Business Head – Exports, B2B & Mastermix

Mr. Nirav Mehta has proven himself to be a valuable asset to our company since joining us in 2020. With over 18 years of relevant industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. He also has a diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain from the C.I.P.S and a diploma in Lean Manufacturing.

Prior to joining our team, Mr. Mehta gained valuable experience working for several leading companies in the United Kingdom, including Maxwell Pumps PLC, H.S. Butyl PLC, and Heatric PLC. During his time with these organizations, he acquired deep insights into supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency.

Mr. Mehta’s knowledge, industry experience, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on results make him a valuable member of our team.

Fozia Qureshi

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Ms. Fozia Qureshi joined the organization in 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and has over 19 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in enhancing and fortifying IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining our organization, Ms. Qureshi has worked with Eureka Forbes and other reputable organizations. Under Ms. Qureshi’s leadership, we aim to become a more data-driven and technology-enabled organization.

Rohit Johri

Head – Accounts & Finance

Rohit Johri is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance leader with nearly 20 years of experience in finance strategy, governance, treasury, taxation, controllership, risk management, compliance, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Walplast, Mr. Johri spent over 17 years with Reliance Industries Limited and Jio-bp, contributing to business expansion, financial controls, process automation, and scalable operating models. In last assignment with Jio-bp, he contributed for the incubation and growth of Fuel4U, Freight4U, EV charging, and Gaseous Fuel businesses.

At Walplast, Mr. Johri heads the Finance & Accounts function, overseeing reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, governance, and finance transformation and driving SAP automations, process excellence, and new initiatives, while building a future-ready finance organization that contributes for sustainable growth and value creation.

Vishal Asthana

Business Head – Supply Chain, Operations, Mining & Projects

Mr. Vishal Asthana is a seasoned Supply Chain and Operations leader with over 25 years of experience across sourcing, procurement, logistics, mining operations, and project management. He brings strong expertise in operational excellence, supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, and large-scale project execution.

He holds an M.Tech in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani, a BE from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, and an International Executive Master in Business (IEMB) from SDA Bocconi, Italy. He is CPSM-certified, with deep domain knowledge in global supply chain and procurement practices.

Prior to joining Walplast, Mr. Asthana held senior leadership roles at Adani Group (ACC and Ambuja Cement), where he led key initiatives in sourcing, logistics management, mining operations, and operational transformation.

At Walplast, he heads the Supply Chain, Operations, Mining, and Projects functions with a focus on operational efficiency, process excellence, sustainability, and long-term value creation. His strategic leadership and execution-focused approach continue to strengthen the organization’s operational capabilities and support its growth journey.

Lokesh Jain

Business Head Tile Adhesive, Putty and Paint Division

Mr. Lokesh Jain is a key contributor who is in charge of the Wall Putty, Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Chemicals, and Paints divisions. He joined the organisation in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Mr. Jain holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration). Prior to his current role, he worked for well-known organizations like JK Cement, gaining valuable experience in sales management, customer relationship building, and product marketing.

As Head of Sales, Mr. Jain is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the B2C division. He motivates and leads the sales team to achieve aggressive yet realistic goals. Leveraging his technical background and business acumen, Mr. Jain works closely with the production and marketing teams to understand customer needs and improve the company’s product offerings.

Mr. Jain’s people management skills and hands-on approach have helped strengthen the division’s salesforce.

Rohit Chakraborty

Business Head Gypsum Plaster, Gypsum Board and Construction Chemical

Rohit Chakraborty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, demonstrating his academic aptitude and versatility. He has accumulated approximately 15 years of relevant professional experience.

Mr. Chakraborty joined our company in 2016, prior to joining our company, Mr. Chakraborty worked for leading organizations like Lafarge and Lloyd, where he gained valuable experience managing diverse teams and portfolios.

He has demonstrated the expertise, leadership skills, and commercial acumen required to drive results in complex business environments.
